Q: Will my e-mail be sold or be accessible to the public?

No. We do not sell names or e-mail addresses and we have made sure to keep the whole initial process for all members confidential. Once you contact another member or service provider you can then choose to share your e-mail with them.

Q: I have a business or service that I would like to make available to WHN users. How do I do that?

We offer a variety of options for advertising your business on WHN. Please read our Advertise With Us page for more information.

Q: What regions does WHN serve?

Currently, WHN is strongly focused on the nine counties of the San Francisco Bay Area, though it does offer the ability to list and search for properties outside this area, including in international locations. People who have second homes, vacation homes, or investment properties in other locations including Hawaii, Tahoe, Mexico, or other areas outside SFBA are encouraged to list in WHN. There are plans to expand our presence in other metro areas in the near future.

Q: If I create a profile, will WHN sell my personal information to businesses or advertisers?

No. Your personal information will only be accessed and altered by you. WHN does reserve the right to remove listings that are inappropriate or are not in line with the company’s mission; the user will be notified should this occur.

Q: Do I have to pay to create a profile, post a listing, or search listings on WHN?

No. WHN is a completely free resource.
