How I Got Here
A lot of people have asked me where I got the idea for this web site. It’s simple really, when I needed it, it wasn’t there.
I had sold my house in the bay area about five years ago with the intention of moving to Mexico. Life intervened and instead I found myself in Arizona for a few years, and then in Boston for a few more. Then I realized how much I missed the bay area and decided to move back. Unfortunately, by the time I was back I had been priced out of the housing market. In fact I was almost priced out of the rental market. The competition for places was fierce and the fact that I had a dog didn’t help- even if he does only weigh 12 pounds!
